ZX Dreams is an upcoming book that follows on from the book ZX Nightmares.
While ZX Nightmares focused on terrible games made for the 8-bit ZX Spectrum home computer, ZX Dreams will celebrate “the ZX Spectrum games that made you go to sleep with a smile on your face.”
Like ZX Nightmares, ZX Dreams has been written by ZX Spectrum expert Graeme Mason, so you can rest assured that the book has been written well, and by someone who really knows their stuff.
Fusion Retro Books previously published Mason’s ZX Nightmares book, and they’ll also be publishing ZX Dreams. In order to raise the funds for the book, which is already written, Fusion Retro Books have launched a Kickstarter campaign, which has already smashed its goal, standing at £19,879 from 767 backers, which is significantly more than the target amount of £6,000, and there are still six days to go until the campaign ends at 1300 UTC on Wednesday 20 November!
With Retro Games Ltd.’s ‘The Spectrum’ plug and play console launching later this month, now’s the perfect time to discover which ZX Dreams you could be having if you get your hands on the new machine.
If you’d also like to learn about which ZX Nightmares you should be avoiding, copies of the ZX Nightmares book are still available from Fusion Retro Books, with 50% off the standard price for a limited time.
