Suikoden Acoustic Live Concert Set for December 2024

The Suikoden Acoustic Live Concert is set to take place on December 14, 2024, at the Spiral Hall in Tokyo, Japan. This event was announced during the Suikoden I & II HD Remaster talk show at Tokyo Game Show 2024. The concert will be a collaboration between Konami and Music Engine, focusing on acoustic arrangements from the first two titles of the Suikoden series in anticipation of the upcoming remaster release on March 6, 2025.

  • Theme: The concert is titled “Genso Suikoden Acoustic Live ~Studies of Ancient Instruments~” and will feature music played with period instruments from the Middle Ages and Renaissance eras.

  • Performers: The Katerina Early Music Ensemble will participate, providing acoustic arrangements that aim to capture the world of Suikoden. Yumiko Takahashi will also contribute with her singing.

  • Setlist Highlights: Confirmed tracks include “Withered Earth,” “Tropical Bath ~ FURO-MIX,” “An Old Irish Song,” “Forgotten Days,” “Theme of a Moonlit Night,” and “Orizzonte.”

  • Ticket Information: Tickets are priced at 10,000 yen for S seats, 8,000 yen for A seats, and 6,000 yen for B seats. They are available through a lottery system from September 28 to October 7, with general sales starting on October 26.

This concert not only celebrates the music of Suikoden but also serves as a prelude to the release of the Suikoden I & II HD Remaster, offering fans a unique auditory experience that combines nostalgia with live performances.
