I Hate This Place is a new isometric survival horror title due for release later this year. The retro-styled game is based on the popular horror comic of the same name and will be released on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox and Switch. I Hate This Place’s story takes place in an open-world environment where the rules of reality have come undone. Broken Mirror Games is developing the game with Skybound Entertainment taking care of publishing duties and will fall under the new horror label Bloober Team.

In I Hate This Place players will engage in tense gunfights and melee combat that rewards ingenuity over brute force. They will also need to craft essential tools to survive the harsh and unforgiving wilderness long enough to reach safehouses before nightfall, with the day & night cycle having an impact on gameplay dynamics.
