Rage of The Dragons Neo gets Physical

Rage of the Dragons Neo fight in progress

Rage of the Dragons is a one-on-one fighting game that was originally released in 2002 for Neo Geo AES and in arcades in Japan only.

An enhanced version of the game, developed by QUByte Interactive and titled Rage of the Dragons Neo was released digitally worldwide on modern formats last November, and now the game is getting a physical release on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5.

Features of Rage of the Dragons Neo include online competition, rollback technology for fluid gameplay and instant response, and multiple game modes including challenges, local versus, and practice mode.

Physical versions of Rage of The Dragons Neo will be released by a new imprint of Piko Interactive LLC named Physical Mania.

In addition to the standard physical editions of the game, Collectors Editions including extra material, such as an OST vinyl and posters and even a functional Neo Geo AES or MVS cartridge are also available.

The physical versions of the game are available to pre-order in the USA, Mexico, and Europe directly from Physical Mania and Piko Interactive, or from Video Games Plus in Canada.

We love a good old fashioned one-on-one brawler here at Retro News, and the Neo Geo has been home to some of the very best in the genre, so we expect that the physical versions of Rage of The Dragons Neo will be a must for collectors of physical fighting games!
