A new porting project for the Genesis/Mega Drive is underway, breathing life into classic games. Notably, Werton is developing a port of the PC Engine title Castlevania: Rondo of Blood, originally released in Japan in 1993. This project is being built “from scratch” using C with SGDK, and early footage suggests it closely mirrors the original game’s quality.
