BrewOtaku is a retro gaming magazine which focuses on the homebrew developer scene. It’s now on to its fifth issue that is now available to order directly from the BrewOtaku webstore. The publishers describe the magazine as “a retro homebrew gaming magazine where new games keep old systems alive.” The writers cover fresh games for old consoles, handhelds, and computers, and the publishers comment that “dealing with limitations of very old systems is a passion and an art in itself, and still, coders out there can get the most out of the least and release fresh games regularly.”
The magazine is available as a digital PDF as well as in physical with the former costing €3.50 and the physical print magazine costing €8.00. Those interested in securing a copy of the printed magazine may wish to order quickly as the print run is limited to 500 units.
