A new fan-made mod of Super Mario 64 called Mario Builder 64 has been developed by Rovertronic and Arthurtilly. This toolbox allows players to create their own stages within the N64 classic game.
The mod provides a wide range of user-made levels to play or the option to design and construct custom stages. Once patched into the original game, players can build Super Mario 64 stages inside the ROM to play on emulation or original hardware. The level editor is user-friendly for beginners but also offers depth for advanced users, with over 100 parts available to create various types of levels. The customization options are endless, including a variety of music, a theme editor, and an expanded interaction system to support any unique contraptions.
