Make Us Whole: The History of Dead Space is a new book that encapsulates every Dead Space project. From premium publishers Lost In Cult, it comprises 272 pages featuring “incisive prose, new and candid interviews with franchise creators, and hands-on insights into pre-release prototypes.”
Game journalist Elijah Beahm authored the book, which features new illustrations from Jonathan L Mantia, known for work in the film and comic book industries. The featured interviews include writers such as Brian Evenson, Anthony Johnson, and Jimmy Palmiotti. Other interviews with designers Roman Campos-Orila and Ben Wanat are among a host of creators involved in the Dead Space series.
It also marks the start of a new book series titled Cult Classics. In a statement Lost In Cult said that the new book range is “dedicated to text-focused book projects that span fiction and nonfiction alike. Each Cult Classic has its own author and subject matter dear to them, making every Cult Classic a personal, passion-driven read.”
