Kitten Kaboodle is this this week’s Arcade Archives release from Hamster Corporation. The game is set to be released on both PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch as we’ve come to expect for Arcade Archives titles. This week’s game, Kitten Kaboodle is also known as ‘Nyan Nyan Panic in Japan (which translates into English as “Meow Meow Panic”).
Kitten Kaboodle is a feline action puzzle game by Konami that originally hit arcades back in 1988. In Kitten Kaboodle you play as a cute cat, whose objective is to defeat enemies, collect keys, and advance to the next stage. It’s great that Hamster Corporation’s Arcade Archives line continues to unearth forgotten arcade gems such as Kitten Kaboodle as well as re-releasing the arcade classics that we all know and love.
Other recent Arcade Archives titles on which we’ve reported have been shooter Viper Phase 1, run ’n’ gun title Thunder Fox, and sports game VS. Family Tennis, so Hamster Corporation are certainly keeping the range of Arcade Archives releases very varied indeed, giving retro gamers like us fantastic opportunities to play arcade games of yesteryear from the comfort of our own homes. Kitten Kaboodle is set to join the Arcade Archives range on February 13th 2025.
