We love seeing all the great retro games indie developers release, especially when they are made into physical carts for our favourite retro systems. Incube8 Games is a retro publisher that specialises in Game Boy games, and there is currently a massive sale on carts from one of its best developers, Greenboy Games, that runs until April 11, 2025. Most of Greenboy Games’ current lineup has between 25 and 40% off, and each cart comes packed with an outer box and manual.

The collection includes the highly acclaimed Shapeshifter and its sequel. This brilliantly designed adventure puzzle series was praised for its ingenuity by players and critics. The sale also includes collector bundles that have added goodies such as pin badges and other collectables. There was also news that all the Greenboy Games digital versions have a huge 50% off. These are ROM files designed to be used on emulators or SD card carts for the actual hardware.

It wasn’t just news of a sale on Greenboy Games titles from Incube8 Games either, as it confirmed that the crowdfunding campaign for Shapeshifter 3 will launch very soon. There is already over 1000 gamers signed up for the Kickstarter awaiting for it to go live.
