Flea! 2 is a sequel to the 2020 NES indie title Flea!, as you may have been able to ascertain from its title!
Development of Flea! 2 was funded via a successful Kickstarter campaign, and now that the Kickstarter rewards have all been fulfilled, physical copies Flea! 2 have been made available for purchase by the general public.
Flea! 2 has been designed to be “a challenging 2D platformer with an intriguing back story,” and it picks up directly from where the original game ended. In the game, your mission is to help the fleadom fighters take down Flea-o-patra with 100 new levels and more mechanics to play with in a pun-filled adventure.
Physical copies of Flea! 2 are now available to buy for NES and Dreamcast, via publisher Lowtek Games. As we previously reported, the game will also feature on the Indie Heroes 4 collection for Evercade, which is set for release next month. Flea! 2 is also available digitally for PC via Steam. The Steam key is also available bundled with digital versions of the console versions of the game via itch.io. And you can even find official Flea! apparel for sale on RedBubble.
