Blaze Entertainment have released an Evercade release update regarding the latest shipping dates for their latest Evercade hardware and cartridges. The update was issued via the official Evercade blog, and we’ve summarized the affected products for you below.
Evercade Alpha, the new Evercade bartop arcade model, was initially given the vague shippinhg date of “November 2024”, but Blaze have now confirmed that the console is set for a global release between November 28th and December 16th, with customers In the UK and US receiving stock by the end of November as scheduled. However, Western and Northern Europe will be subject to delays due to “logistical challenges”.
The latest Evercade cartridge releases, Toaplan Arcade 3, Toaplan Arcade 4, Data East Arcade 2, and Metal Dragon & Life on Mars are now due to ship at the same time as the Evercade Alpha, which means that the final two carts of the year will now arrive earlier than expected in several territories, together with the November cartridge releases.
Evercade EXP-R, the latest handheld Evercade model, is also expected to be available to customers by the end of November, along with the optional TATE grips that will allow the new console to be played comfortably in vertical mode.
