While there can only be one winner of a year’s worth of Arcade Archives titles in Hamster Corporation’s giveaway, on which that we reported on earlier today, Hamster Corporation are also giving everybody the chance to save a bit of money by slashing prices on selected Arcade Archives releases until December 2, 2024.
Titles in the sale include Neo Geo League Bowling, a bowling game (as you might have guessed from the title) from 1990, on Switch, Neo Geo Aero Fighters 2 , a vertically scrolling shoot ‘em up from 1994, on Switch and PS4, Neo Geo Stakes Winner, a horse racing game from 1995, on Switch and PS4, and Tetris: the Grand Master, which is an arcade version of the seminal block-busting puzzler from 1990, also on Switch and PS4.
Arcade Archives titles offer great value for money at full price, so it’s well worth taking advantage of these savings while you can! Here at Retro News, we’re old enough to remember when a Neo Geo game would set you back a couple of hundred bucks, so being able to enjoy them for about a hundredth of their original cost is perhaps one of the greatest things about being a retro gamer in the modern day!
