Pokémon Sleep, the game/app from The Pokemon Company, is approaching its one-year anniversary. Players use the app to track their sleeping patterns and wake up to different Pokémon based on how well they slept. To celebrate, a special event is expected, and fans can celebrate in a Pokemon Sleep-themed suite at the Grand Hyatt in Tokyo. The suite, called Greengrass Isle, features a grass-like carpet, plant decorations, a tiny tent, and a large Snorlax plush, along with smaller ones for guests to keep. Additionally, guests are provided with themed items such as a t-shirt, backpack, wellness bag, and water bottle, all branded with Pokemon Sleep. However, booking the suite comes at a price, with a cost of 275,050 yen (around $1,777) per night. The themed suite will be available from July 1 to September 1, 2024, offering fans a unique and immersive Pokemon Sleep experience.
The Hyatt Pokemon Suite offers a pricey package that includes a Pokemon-themed dinner and breakfast for two with unique items like a Snorlax burger and delicacies from Pokemon Sleep. Guests also have the exclusive opportunity to taste the Lucky Chant Apple Pie and Craft Soda Pop from Pokemon Sleep. A more affordable option is available at 71,500 yen, roughly $462 a night, which still includes some Pokemon Sleep items to take home. However, guests cannot keep the sleeping Pikachu plush. All guests can enjoy the Pokemon Sleep-themed menu during their stay if they wish.
