Asteborg series publisher PixelHeart has updated customers on the arrival of physical editions of its games. A new shipping date to allow for unforeseen delays has been announced as 6th December 2024 for all those awaiting purchases. It affects the release of Astebros, Demons of Asteborg and Kingdom of Asteborg for PlayStation and Switch.

The firm did offer some excitement by showing a box full of new Switch cases of the Kingdom of Asteborg. “Here’s a factory photo of the Kingdom Of Asteborg for Nintendo Switch ready for delivery to our warehouses!” PixelHeart added. “We are grateful for your daily support and patience, as the whole team worked hard to give you access to the highest quality products possible.”

In a statement PixelHeart said. “Following an agreement reached with the various partners due to delays in the production of certain products in the Astebros, Demons of Asteborg and Kingdom of Asteborg PS4/PS5/Switch range, we would like to announce that the release date has been moved. We are waiting to receive all products before starting shipping. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.”
