Ubisoft Toronto, the studio in charge of the ambitious remake of Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time set for a 2026 release, has opted to reduce part of its workforce. The company released a statement announcing the termination of 33 individuals to “to ensure it can deliver on its ambitious roadmap.”
Ubisoft has assured to offer severance packages and aid with job placement for those impacted.
